Warranty
Pineapple Technology offers a limited two year warranty with its DTXPRO and DXDPRO transmitters, translators and modulator products. The limited warranty commences on the ship date of the product. Warranty repair will not cover failures due to lightning, floods, earthquakes or other Acts of God, Acts of  War or domestic terrorism, misuse or neglect or repairs made by the customer during the warranty period without PTI's approval.

Service Request Policy

UNDER WARRANTY:   Product being returned for warranty service must first obtain an RMA number from PTI.  Be prepared to provide customer name and contact information, product type, serial number, and cause of failure. Click here for a Support Request Form. The form can be Faxed or emailed to PTI at cs@ptibroadcast.com. The product will be returned to PTI at the customer’s expense.  Once warranty is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced and will be returned via SURFACE ECONOMY at PTI expense.

OUT OF WARRANTY:  Out of warranty service request must obtain an RMA from PTI.  Be prepared to provide customer name and contact information, product type, serial number, and cause of failure.  Click here for a Support Request Form. The form can be Faxed or emailed to PTI at cs@ptibroadcast.com. The product will be returned to PTI at the customer’s expense.  When the product is received PTI may charge an evaluation fee. If repairs are approved the evaluation fee will be waived. Once the product is evaluated, a quotation is sent to the customer. PTI must receive a purchase order for the repair and return shipping charges.  No repairs will be made without customer purchase order and authorization.  Full payment for the repair and return shipping are required prior to shipping the product to the customer.
