Pineapple Technology, Inc. (PTI) introduces 48-50 Volt Power Transistor Technology. This new LDMOS Technology was developed primarily to enhance amplifier device performance for cellular, broadcast, and QAM digital transmission. PTI has designed and developed power amplifiers from 1 watt to 500 watts for applications in Digital Broadcast. Over the past year the company has shipped transmitters and translators covering the frequency range of 50 to 860 MHz., with power levels from 1 to 5,000 watts.
